Reports to: Field Service Supervisor
Purpose of Position: The Service Technician Assistant is responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while working closely with the desired technician
Duties and Responsibilities
- Encourage and promote a great attitude and encompass good problem solving skills and deductive reasoning
- Assist Technician with what needs to be done
- Keeping all parts, accessories and equipment stocked, clean and orderly on truck
- Make sure all tools needed for jobs are obtained and sustained in good condition
- Follow all procedures set forth by the company and doing so in the most efficient manner possible
- Works in conjunction with Program Service Supervisor to maintain open communication within the division with any or all tasks
- Capable of lifting up to/as well as exceeding 50lbs on a daily basis
- Basic understanding of hand tools and safe practices
- Basic understanding of power tools and safe practices
