Reports to: Program Service Supervisor
Purpose of Position: The Service Technician is responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while working closely as a team
Duties and Responsibilities
- Encourage and promote a great attitude and encompass good problem solving skills and deductive reasoning
- Coming up with new ideas to ensure the division run efficiently
- Mentor Technician Assistant with understanding the intricacies of their job and what needs to be done
- Keeping all parts, accessories and equipment stocked, clean and orderly on truck
- Make sure all tools needed for jobs are obtained and sustained in good condition
- Follow all procedures set forth by the company and doing so in the most efficient manner possible
- Works in conjunction with Program Service Supervisor to maintain open communication within the division with any or all tasks
